Terms and Conditions – 988gam Gaming Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to 988gam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 988gam ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the 988gam website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 988gam account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is permitted under the laws applicable to you. It is your personal responsibility to verify your own legal position.

988gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when there is any reason to verify account ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibility

Your 988gam account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share these with anyone under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 988gam support immediately. We will assist you in securing your account.
• 988gam will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• You must ensure your account details, including email address and payment method, are kept current. Outdated account information can delay withdrawal processing.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in closure of both the original and recipient accounts.

If you believe a bet was placed on your account without your consent, you must notify us promptly. We will review the situation but cannot guarantee the reversal of bets that were placed using valid account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

988gam supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. These may change from time to time.
• Deposits are generally processed promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• 988gam does not accept deposits made with funds belonging to another person. If a deposit is identified as being made from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is a standard procedure and applies to all players equally.
• 988gam processes withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method and are communicated at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified account holders. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified identity may be held pending further checks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

988gam offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility requirements set out for each individual offer. Not all bonuses are available to all players at all times.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real money funds are used first unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

6 Betting Rules

The 988gam Sports section covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 and international matches — as well as Football, Esports and other markets. The following rules govern all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended after placement unless the platform specifically offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation and may vary by event, market and player account tier.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, 988gam will investigate and may void, re-settle or honour the bet at its reasonable discretion based on available data.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• For Cricket matches, if a game is abandoned or reduced in overs before the minimum required overs have been bowled, markets may be voided in accordance with the specific Cricket betting rules published in the Sports section.
• Live in-play bets are subject to network latency. 988gam cannot be held responsible for bets placed on outcomes that have already occurred due to a delay between the live event and the display on your device.
• Obvious errors in odds — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed prices significantly out of line with the market — may be corrected at 988gam's discretion. Bets placed on erroneous odds may be settled at the correct price or voided.

7 Casino & Slots Rules

The 988gam Casino section offers Slots, table games, Live Casino with real dealers, and specialty games. The following rules apply to all Casino play:

• All Casino and Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the player, 988gam staff, or any third party.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions.
• In the event of a game disconnection during play, most games will resume from the point of disconnection when you reconnect. If the game cannot be resumed, the round may be settled automatically according to the game provider's rules.
• Malfunctions in any Casino or Slot game void all pays and plays for the affected round. This applies regardless of the displayed outcome at the time of the malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 988gam platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using false details, device spoofing or other deceptive methods.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or system errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in any game — particularly in Live Casino table games — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds with no intention of genuine gaming and then withdrawing them.

• Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age during registration or at any subsequent point.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

988gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback requests, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest match fixing, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated abuse of promotions.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in line with the platform's inactive account policy.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where a closure is initiated by 988gam for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player after verification checks are completed.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closures can be temporary (cooling-off) or permanent (self-exclusion), as described in the Responsible Gaming section.

10 Privacy & Data
